YEARSHOWINGCOMPANYWORK DONERESULTS
1992 Gold Rock Quartz Vein Lloyd Smith Bulk sample A small bulk sample 65 lbs from various (South) locations assayed 1.15 oz/t Au.
Feb-Mar 2003 North Star  Quartz Vein Foran Mining Corporation Blasted open pit, sampled each face and sampled all percussion drill holes A 6,500 ton bulk sample was extracted from a 120m long pit that was blasted to a depth of 6m and an average width of approximately 5m. The average grade from the pit face and blast hole is 0.4 oz/ton gold (13 g/t Au)
Summer 2003/2004 Jupiter and North Star Quartz Veins Foran Mining Corporation Geological Mapping and Sampling, drilled 48 NQ diamond drill holes, 5,814m. Returned assay results on the Jupiter Property indicate a wide range of gold values from detection level of <0.03 to 227.4 g/t Au. Several drill holes returned excellent gold intersections. For example, NS0302 24.29 g/t Au over 2.2m, NS0305 14.94 g/t Au over 4.8m, NS0311 23.4 g/t Au over 2.5m, NS0332 31.98 g/t Au over 1.7m and NS0345 21.83 g/t Au over 1.5m.
Summer 2003 North Star  Quartz Vein Foran Mining Corporation Spring Fish Spawning and Raptor Nesting Survey, Aquatic Baseline Study and a Rare Plant Survey all by Canadian North Environmental Services Minimal long-term impacts, and with minor, fully mitigable short-term impacts to the biophysical environment.
Winter 2003/2004 North Star  Quartz Vein Foran Mining Corporation Geophysical Surveys - VLF EM & Mag, 40.2 line km. Shear zones generally were recognized as subtle magnetic lows. In the felsic terrain to the west more elevated responses with higher contrasts were explained by the presence of silicate facies iron formations.
March 2004 North Star  Quartz Vein Foran Mining Corporation Metallurgical Testing by SGS Lakefield Research Limited A gold recovery of approximately 97% with a gravity, flotation, and cyanidation process.
May 2004 North Star  Quartz Vein Foran Mining Corporation NI43-101 Technical report on the North Star Gold Property Resource estimate of 28,400 t, grading 9.30 g/t, at a cut-off grade of 5.0 g/t by John G. Pearson and Richard O. Hogan.

Proposed Work Program

RECOMMENDATIONS

GOLD (North Star-Gold Rock Grid)

The following recommendations are based on the information and results gained from the previous drilling programs on the North Star deposit, the 2010 winter drilling program, the 2008 and 2009 fall/winter drilling program on the Gold Rock Quartz Vein and the 2007 summer mapping and prospecting program completed on the Gold Rock property.

  1. Selectively undertake a drill program along the Gold Rock/NorthStar Veins using HQ core to infill areas with insufficiently clasely spaced holes, in order to complete a NI43-101 resource estimate of the deposits.
  2. Take a bulk sample of the northern 150 meter portion (64N to 65+50N) of the Gold Rock vein and run it through a mill to determine the true grade of this highly mineralized area.
  3. Extend the Gold Rock grid six more lines to the north in light of the newly discovered Richard vein which is possibly the northern extension of the KU vein along the Jupiter/KU lineament.
  4. To complete a magnetic or VLF survey over the remaining northern portion of the Gold Rock not covered by the previous survey and in the area of the proposed northern grid extension.
  5. Prospect and map this new area
